Cutting

Cutting a small piece of vinyl for testing the settings.

Cutting side has line texture, facing up during cutting. Smooth side has a clear plastic carrier sheet, facing up during transfer.

All cuts need to be mirrored (flipped) as you are cutting it from the reverse side.

Before Transfer

Know the type of fabric to see if the fabric is suitable for application. And make sure the fabric can withstand iron on temperatures.

Before transfer, preheat your base fabric for 3-5 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture. If you use home iron, pls make sure no steam.

Heat and Transfer

Heating time: 20-30 seconds

Temperature: 302°F -320°F / 150°C -160°C

Pressure: 6.6-11 lbs/3-5kg

-Home iron: medium temperature and medium pressure mode.

-Hot press: pre-heat the machine and use it at 305°F and medium pressure.

Cool Peel

Wait for 15-30 seconds until the vinyl cools down. If any of the iron on vinyl lifts off, heat and press the attached part again until the entire sheet can be removed.

Please note that after 24 hours for the first cleaning. The reverse cleaning will be better. Do not dry clean, do not bleach.

Tips：

When using an inkjet printer, the ink must be dye ink, if using pigment ink, then this holographic sticker will not work for you, because the print will be smudged, please check the printer ink type before ordering.

When using a cutter to make a sticker pattern, the smooth surface of the holographic sticker may prevent it from reading the mark, you can draw the mark with a matte pen or turn off the light, then gently lift the mat and adjust the angle so that the sensor recognizes the mark.

When using the laser printer, the printing mode should be set to the label mode, otherwise it will be erased.
