HeYi vinyl is a permanent adhesive vinyl with a paper backing that protects the adhesive until the backing is removed. All of the vinyl in this line is glossy except for the matte colors. The HeYi permanent outdoor vinyl roll is compatible with all hobby and craft cutters and can be used in many applications including; windows, car decals, signs, stencils, home décor or any application requiring a permanent vinyl.
